She has worked for the National Gallery of Australia Foundation and managed a commercial art gallery for some years. Litsa brings to Menzies twelve years experience at the top end of the Australian Art Auction Market. At Menzies previously she contributed strongly to the successful marketing of the existing Australian auction record price for a painting, Sidney Nolan’s First-Class Marksman for $5,400,000 in 2010 and Brett Whiteley’s Australian record breakingThe Olgas for Ernest Giles for $3,480,000 in 2007. More recently, Litsa has been involved in two very successful single owner sales at Bonhams; the Laverty and Grundy Collections. She has also conducted overseas exhibitions and appraisal days, has Judged art prizes and appeared on an episode of the Australian Apprentice as a guest judge for Mr Mark Bouris. He is a graduate of Monash University and has studied Fine Art at the University of Melbourne and privately in London. He is a CAE lecturer and has published numerous articles on art. Timothy Abdallah is approved to value Australian paintings, sculpture, drawings and prints after 1945 for the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program. CAMERON MENZIESNational Head of Contemporary Art Cameron has held corporate positions throughout the wider Menzies organisation since 1998. His background is in marketing and management across such varied fields as fine wine, bloodstock and property services. He brings to the National Head of Contemporary Art role a lifelong passion for modern Australian paintings, sound knowledge of the secondary art market and a rare affinity with Menzies’ valued clientele and corporate partners. AUCTION ADMINISTRATION/ACCOUNTS/ CLIENT SERVICESMelbourne CORALIE STOW Coralie's first career was as an Interior Designer, but after taking a year off to complete a Diploma of Fine and Decorative Arts in London, she joined the Auction industry in 1998. She joined Deutscher~Menzies in 1999 and has managed its business operations since 2002. Coralie has recently completed an MBA (Executive) with the Australian Graduate School of Management. KRISTIAN PITHIE Kristian comes from a diverse arts background and holds a Graduate Diploma from the Victorian College of the Arts. He has worked extensively in commercial galleries, film, television and theatre. He has recently moved back to Melbourne after running Chapman Gallery in Canberra since 2007. AMANDA BEDELIS Amanda has held corporate and creative roles with a strong passion for creating and managing solid client relations. Amanda is your first point of contact at Menzies Melbourne and is responsible for coordinating auction previews, events, maintaining the database and distribution of subscriptions. AUCTION ADMINISTRATION/ CLIENT SERVICESSydneyTESSA DORMAN Tessa has a Masters of Art History and Theory from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Fine Art from the National Art School. With experience managing a commercial art gallery and working in an arts organisation, Tessa brings to the role of Auction and Client Service Coordinator excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding and knowledge of visual art history. CAROLINE JONES Caroline has a Master of Arts (Art Admin.) from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW, together with a Bachelor of Arts (Art History and Anthropology) University of Sydney. She has worked in the Arts industry for more than a decade, with arts organisations, writing for arts journals and managing a commercial gallery. She has worked with Menzies since 2006 in various roles. MILLIE McMAHON Millie was the Art and Book Department administrator at Bay East Auctions 2010-2012 and before that, worked under the Bonhams & Goodman brand. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) from the University of Sydney and spent six months on exchange at the University of British Columbia, Canada in 2007. Millie completed her Masters of Art Administration at COFA in 2011.
