Private Sales Charity Fundraiser

In addition to our seasonal auctions which occur in March, June, August and November, Menzies conducts private sales of Australian & International Art throughout the year.

Since its inception in July 2022, this thriving department has brokered the sale of major paintings and sculpture by Brett Whiteley, Margaret Preston, Arthur Boyd, Frederick McCubbin, Lin Onus, Sam Fullbrook, William Robinson, Ben Quilty, Tim Storrier, Peter Booth and others.

Depending on the vendor’s requirements, these sales can be negotiated discreetly with pre-qualified buyers, or advertised directly to Menzies’ broad local and international collector base

Prospective buyers are afforded the opportunity to enhance and refine their collections away from the glare of the saleroom and via close consultation with Cameron Menzies, who has a long and distinguished background as a dealer and advisor in the Australian art sector.
