Menzies is pleased to present for private sale Tim Storrier’s large and evocative bronze, Tully’s Baggage (Equine Impedimenta) 2019.

Storrier’s equine series follows on from his Impedimenta theme of a walking figure whose progress is impeded by a ludicrous array of baggage, whilst drawing on the artist’s childhood memories of life in rural Australia and the eternal bond which exists between man and steed.

Created in an edition of only ten which has been rapidly subscribed, edition 6/10 is now on display at our Melbourne gallery. Menzies is proud to offer this significant object by one of Australia’s great artists of the last half-century.
