Congratulations on your successful bid at the Menzies' auction!

If you have won an item in an online-only sale or a live auction, you will receive an invoice via email for payment the day after the sale.

We recommend payment by bank transfer or electronic funds transfer. Menzies' bank details will be supplied on the invoice, and you are welcome to verify them with our client services team. If you pay by electronic funds transfer and wish to collect your property on the same day, Menzies will require a detailed remittance advice (showing our full bank details) from your bank.

You may pay by cash ($10,000 limit), bank cheque, or personal cheque, but for the later please allow payment to clear before collecting your works.

We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. However, please be aware that there is a surcharge fee of 1.1% for transactions made with MasterCard and Visa, and a 1.7% surcharge fee for American Express transactions.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

• Your invoice will include the hammer price of the item(s) you won, along with any applicable charges such as buyer's premium, GST (Goods and Services Tax), and other fees if applicable.
• For international buyers, GST can be removed from the invoice if the purchased items are exported within 60 calendar days of the sale. However, if the works remain after this time, the full GST will need to be paid.
• Shipping cannot be included on your invoice. We can assist you in obtaining quotes from reliable carriers for the collection of your items.
• Please note that payment is due within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the auction, unless Menzies has provided written approval of extended payment terms.
